To Stop The Clock
I wish the future was to never happen. I
regret never stopping time when I had
the chance. So many missed
opportunities to slow earth’s rotation. I
could have stopped all things from my
view of motion. Never to move again as
I’m only captured in frames. Frozen in
time as a memory to be dissolved. I
could have disappeared behind the
hands of time. But here I am still
counting every second of mine.

What an interesting perspective, regretting moving forward, rather than the usual urge to change a specific moment in the past (other than not stopping time when it still was possible).
