Trying To Live
I’m trying to live in a life I already feel
dead in. I’m trying to feel more colors on
the monochrome color wheel. I try to
brighten my day with a smile. I try to be
the sun on the other side of the grey
clouds. I’m trying to find the joy in me.
I’m trying to… but giving up feels good
right now.

I had this all day yesterday. Especially in the gym, nagging away…
As someone who feels in color and has a comfortable lime green depression going on, rather than the grey abyss, this spoke to me.
